Step 1 – Comprehensive Research
We carry out extensive research into the keywords that your potential customers are searching for on the Internet, making note of the number of searches per month. We then look and your competitor’s websites for each keyword and also assess the value of the keywords by looking at pay per click search results. Then we make a recommendation as to which keywords we think will bring the best results. We may not recommend keywords with the most searches as these can often be general phrases and can be highly competitive. We also would not recommend keywords that would produce few or no visitors. We consult with you to produce a list of effective phrases.
Step 2 – On Page Optimisation (Meta Tags and Content)
Once we have agreed the keywords with you, we select the pages of your web we are going to optimise. If you do not have a suitable page for a keyword we can create a new web page for you. Each selected page will then be optimised for between 1 and 3 key phrases. This is done by comparing your web page to the pages of the top 10 websites for each keyword. By analysing 137 factors of your web page and making the relevant changes we are preparing it for a top 10 ranking.
Step 3 – Off Page Optimisation (Link Building)
To gain top positions in the major search engine you will need to have many incoming links to your website. We will first create a few high quality links to your web site which will allow the search engine spiders to find your site. This produces quicker and better results than submitting your site directly to the search engines which is unnecessary.
Then we submit your website to a number of quality directories and other relevant websites. This is all done gradually by hand. If automatic submission software is used and too many low quality links are created too quickly this could have an adverse effect on your rankings.
Depending on the results of our analysis we may also use web 2.0 sites to gain further inbound links, such as social book marking websites, blogs and forums. Our copywriters will create articles based around your targeted keywords and these will be submitted to directories and other websites.
Each month we will analyse your inbound links and compare them with your competitors and create more links with the relevant anchor text from quality sites.
Step 4 – Click Tracking and Analytics
By using various click tracking tools and Google Analytics we can see exactly which keywords are producing the best results. With this information we can adjust your keyword list and web pages to improve your results and increase traffic.

Step 2 – Create Ad Groups and Ads
We group the keywords is to small ad groups and create 2 ads for each group and set other parameters such as maximum cost per click, daily budget etc.
Step 3 – Landing Page Creation
For your PPC campaign to perform at its best your landing pages must be optimised to give you the best quality score, click through and conversion rates. We will check for suitable landing pages on your existing web and advise you on modifications or create on new pages.
Step 4 – Monitor and Adjust
We periodically check the statistics for all keywords and ads to make sure they are performing at their best. We will delete the worst performing ads and create new ones to replace them. Continuous split testing will improve click through rates. We also check the cpc and adjust if necessary, we may remove poor performing keywords and research and ad mew ones over time. We will also split test and adjust landing pages

To gain top rankings in the organic listings for local search terms, for example “builder in London” you may need to optimise your Google Places listing in line with your website to achieve integrated local listings.

This is also similar to our normal SEO service but links are built focusing on local sites and your Google Places listing is optimised.
